Who We Are and Scope
Genetic Sovereignty™ is a program operated by Comprehensive Behavioral Health, PC, through Optimal You Clinic. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operating business.
These Terms apply to our public websites, landing pages, inquiry forms, discovery-call booking process, and related messaging program. Separate enrollment agreements, clinical consents, privacy notices, and service agreements govern purchased services and clinical care. These website Terms do not replace those agreements.
Website Information and Discovery Calls
Our public content provides general educational and program information. A discovery call allows you to ask questions about our process and explore whether our services may fit your goals.
Viewing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a discovery call does not, by itself, establish a clinician-patient relationship or enroll you in a paid program.
Public information does not constitute individualized diagnosis or treatment advice. Genetic findings alone do not establish a diagnosis, determine causation, predict an individual outcome, or prescribe treatment. Do not change medications or treatment based solely on public website content.
Our forms and messaging channels are not monitored for emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
Information You Provide
Please provide accurate contact and scheduling information and submit inquiries only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.
Public inquiry forms and ordinary text messages are intended for basic contact, scheduling, and program communication. Please do not submit genetic test results, detailed medical histories, or other sensitive health information through these channels. We will direct you to an appropriate intake process when needed.
Booking and Enrollment
Booking a discovery call does not obligate you to purchase services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the instructions in your booking confirmation or contact us.
Program availability, eligibility, scope, pricing, payment arrangements, cancellation provisions, and refund terms will be disclosed through the applicable offer and enrollment agreement before purchase. The agreement you accept for a purchased service governs that service.
We do not guarantee a particular health outcome or result from participation.
Genetic Sovereignty™ Text Messaging Program
With your consent, Genetic Sovereignty™ may send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Service messages may concern your inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, enrollment updates, and assessment completion reminders.
Marketing and promotional messages require separate consent. If you opt into marketing messages, they may include educational content, program updates, special offers, and promotions.
Providing a telephone number, submitting a form, or booking a call does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchasing services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, enrollment, and the messaging categories you select. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.
Stopping Text Messages and Getting Help
Reply STOP to a message from us to opt out of that messaging program. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out; no further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.

You may also contact us directly to request that we stop text messages. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from booking or purchasing services.
Telephone Numbers and Message Delivery
You must be authorized to consent to messages at the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if your number changes or you no longer control it.
Message delivery depends on your device, wireless provider, network availability, and other factors. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not rely on text messages for emergencies, urgent clinical needs, or time-sensitive medical instructions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including mobile information and SMS consent records. Please review the Privacy Policy available through our website and linked from our inquiry forms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process the information necessary to deliver messages on our behalf and maintain consent and opt-out records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website Content and Permitted Use
Our website content, program materials, branding, and original educational materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may view public content for your personal, noncommercial use.
Do not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use our materials or branding commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Do not use our website or forms for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access, or interference with their operation.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the content or operation of independent external websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or replaces obligations under an applicable clinical or enrollment agreement.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, or messaging practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
If a change requires additional notice or new consent, we will provide that notice or request that consent as applicable. Posting revised Terms does not, by itself, create new SMS consent.
