Who We Are
Genetic Sovereignty™ is a program operated by Comprehensive Behavioral Health, PC, through Optimal You Clinic. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operating business.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through our public websites, landing pages, inquiry forms, discovery-call booking process, and related email and text communications.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you submit a form, book a call, inquire about our services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, referral source, appointment details, communication preferences, and the contents of your inquiry.
We also maintain records of your messaging consent and opt-out requests. These records may include the date, source, and consent wording associated with your selection.
Our website and technology providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies used to operate and maintain the website.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage discovery calls, provide requested information, coordinate enrollment, send assessment completion reminders, maintain communication preferences, operate our systems, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may send educational updates, program information, and promotional offers through the channels you authorize.
Text Messaging and Consent
When you select our optional service-text consent checkbox, you authorize non-marketing texts about inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, enrollment updates, and assessment completion reminders.
Marketing and promotional text messages require separate consent. Providing a telephone number or booking a call does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent Protection
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use. We may provide the minimum information necessary to messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and other service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf and maintain consent or suppression records. These providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing.
Any other information-sharing described in this policy excludes permission to share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We use service providers to support website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer relationship management, email, and text delivery, including HighLevel and connected scheduling services where applicable.
We disclose information to these providers only as needed to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our business or others. These disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing use of SMS consent information.
Health and Genetic Information
Public inquiry and discovery-call forms are intended for basic contact and scheduling information. Please do not submit genetic test results, detailed medical histories, or other sensitive health information through these forms or ordinary text messages.
Clinical records and genetic information collected during services are subject to applicable privacy requirements and separate clinical privacy notices, authorizations, and service agreements. This website policy does not replace the Clinic’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
Cookies and Third-Party Links
Our pages may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and understanding website use. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect page functionality.
Our pages may link to external websites or booking services. Those services have their own privacy policies, which you should review before providing information.

You may decline optional SMS consent and still book a call or purchase services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided, and stop text messages by replying STOP.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to ask about rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal, clinical, or consent-recordkeeping purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Our public discovery-call pages and messaging program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these pages. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent.
